“We must get serious about protecting our country against cyber attacks that could impact our elections and undermine our democracy,” said Rep. O’Halleran. “This proposal with Russian President Vladimir Putin is far from serious, and I urge President Trump to work with Congress on a real, bipartisan solution.”
